7. Returns & Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is:

Unused
In its original packaging
In resalable condition

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned goods have been inspected.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days with:

Photos of the damage
Your order number

We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
